But nutrition on its own isn't enough. Every parent already knows this: the healthiest snack in the world counts for nothing if the child won't eat it.

Which is why healthy food has to be genuinely delicious. When children enjoy what they're eating, the healthy choice becomes the natural one rather than something they're talked into. Good taste turns into good experiences at the table, and those turn into habits that hold.

HLT One isn't simply here to make baby food and children's essentials. What we're really trying to do is inspire a healthier generation, with products children love, parents trust, and families can enjoy together.

Every recipe we develop, every ingredient we source, every product we launch comes back to one purpose: helping children grow up healthy. One bite, one habit, one family at a time.

Because healthy eating isn't a diet. It's a lifelong habit that starts in childhood and stays with us for the rest of the journey.

That's the future I hope to build. For my own two children, M and C, and for every child around the world.

THE STORY BEHIND IT

How it began

HLT One was born from a very personal parenting journey.

As a parent of two children, I experienced two completely different relationships with food. My son, M, was easy - he enjoyed a wide variety of foods and understood from a young age why nutrition mattered for his growth. Introducing healthy foods to him felt natural and effortless.

My daughter, C, was completely different. She preferred soft foods and was far more selective about trying new things. As she grew, she gravitated towards foods that were tastier, crunchier and more exciting to eat. Like many parents, I found myself constantly searching for nutritious options she would genuinely enjoy.

That experience opened my eyes to a challenge faced by countless families. Parents know nutrition matters, but finding products children are willing to eat consistently is not always easy. Too often, the healthy choice felt difficult to find, difficult to introduce, or simply not appealing enough for a child.

So I started HLT One with a simple mission: to make nutrition easier, more enjoyable and more accessible for parents.

"Before HLT One, I spent much of my career in consumer-focused strategy consulting, helping brands understand what people really need. Along the way I developed a deep passion for nutrition and the part that natural, high-quality ingredients play in the health of women, children and families. I believe eating well starts with understanding what goes into our food - and that good eating, consistent sleep and positive daily habits are the foundation of a healthy, happy childhood. That mix of professional experience and personal conviction is what drew me to HLT One."

Why we exist

What was missing

Ask any parent and the story runs the same way. You pick up the packet, turn it over, read the label, and put it back. Added sugar high on the list. Flavouring you can't place. A list too long for something meant for a child who has barely started eating.

Clean products do exist. Finding one a child will actually eat, week after week, is the harder part. Most brands solve for taste, or for convenience, or for the front of the pack. Very few solve all three at once.

That's the gap HLT One was built to close: products a parent can read in full, hand over without hesitating, and watch get finished.

We never compromise on product quality, safety, or the trust parents place in us. Every decision we make starts with one simple question:

“Would we confidently give this to our own children?”

If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't make it to your family. And if parents remember only three things about us, we hope it's these: we care about children's nutrition, we create products families can trust, and we make healthy choices genuinely enjoyable.

How it's made

Quality you can taste - and trust

Getting both right starts at the recipe. We develop ours with paediatricians and nutrition consultants, then keep refining until the ingredient list stays short and honest and the flavour still holds up with a two-year-old. Most versions don't survive that test. The ones that do are what we make.

Quality starts with sourcing and formulation. We work with carefully selected manufacturing partners that meet high standards for quality, safety and consistency - and we put real effort into our recipes, developing them in consultation with paediatricians, nutrition experts and consultants to get the nutrition right.
