Shipping policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Singapore only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Fees

Singapore: S$3.90 flat-rate, or FREE for orders above S$30.

Lead Times

We aim to fulfil (i.e. process and pack) your order within 1–2 business days. Once handed over to our courier partner (currently J&T Express), local delivery within Singapore typically takes an additional 1–2 business days.

Please note: business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Order volumes may be higher during sales or festive periods, which can extend lead times slightly. We'll keep you updated by email if your order is affected.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from our courier partner. If you don't receive your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@hltone.co.

Shipping Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before checkout. Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the courier has to reroute due to incorrect details.

If you've accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hltone.co and we'll do our best to update it with our courier partner before the parcel ships.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within 7 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@hltone.co. See our Refund Policy for how damaged orders are handled.
